Uzbekistan and the United States: A New Chapter of Youth-Driven Cooperation Today, Yoshlar Ventures hosted an important guest at its office. A meeting was held with Alisher Sa’dullayev, Director of the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan, and Jonathan Henick, the U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan. At the beginning of the meeting, it was emphasized that, at the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan, U.S.–Uzbekistan relations have entered a new stage of development. This political context represents real opportunities for young people and startups. During the meeting, the Head of Yoshlar Ventures presented the fund’s activities, mission, and achievements to date. The main focus was placed on unlocking the entrepreneurial potential of youth, providing systematic support to startups, and helping them enter global markets. 🇺🇸 In addition, the U.S. Ambassador was introduced to key youth policy initiatives, including: the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Fund, as well as projects such as “Ibrat Farzandlari,” “Mutolaa,” “Ustoz AI,” “Vikistipendiya,” “1000KITOB,” “UzChess,” and the “Girls Academy.” It is worth noting that U.S. representatives highly appreciated the Yoshlar Ventures model and the opportunities created by the government to support youth development.
